Volunteers Needed for 2018-2019 TMS Band Boosters!

Next school year’s TMS Band Booster Executive Board will be led by Sara Roper and Veronica Brown, but there are a couple of positions in need of filling, and all Committee Chair positions are open.

The 2018-2019 Executive Board currently stands as:

Sara Roper – President
Veronica Baker – VP
Treasurer – (vacant)
Secretary – (vacant)

The Parent Representatives for 2018-2019 are as follows:

8th Grade Parent Rep – Joni Johnston
7th Grade Parent Rep – Adam Sanderson
6th Grade Parent Rep – (tbd)

We still need volunteers for all of the Committee Chair positions. Click here to download a quick-view one-sheet, which describes each position at a high level. And remember—you can always team up with a friend to co-chair and share the load and have more fun.

Please do consider pitching in. Honestly, volunteering is not too hard, events typically go by in a flash, and most positions only require a couple of hours each month. It’s very rewarding, as you get to spend time with a great bunch of kids and bond with their awesome parents! And as the saying goes, “Teamwork makes the Dream Work” (we could not print it if it weren’t true!).  🙂

In all seriousness, perhaps the most important aspect of volunteering for TMS Band is it frees up Ms. Kang to do what she does best—instruct our kids on their instruments.

If you are interested in ANY of these positions, or have any questions, please email next year’s President Sara Roper here.
